Refund and Returns Policy

At Brush Curly Hair, we aim to provide you with high-quality products and great customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with the tags still attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend checking your order immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us right away, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned if they are opened or used. These restrictions will be clearly mentioned on the product pages. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have concerns regarding a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, we suggest first initiating a return for the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalize the refund.
